So….i am a little out of my element today because i hosted two back to back shin-dig’s yesterday.
First was a ‘Real Housewives’ luncheon…..then last night it was book club.
Since i still have to go through all my photos today …i thought i’d just leave you a
Free Tip for the day.
To make lemonade cupcakes…..all you have to do is substitute lemonade for the water in the cake mix.
{i always use store bought mix}
To make lemonade frosting…same thing….just substitute lemonade for the water.
{i buy the boxed mix from Trader Joe’s}
or….just use 2 tablespoons of lemon curd to the frosting mix.
Those are edible flowers on the cupcakes ……i found those at Whole foods…
and the Dare tag is from Etsy…
and the decorative mushroom from this shop {here}

how pretty…you wouldn’t believe I used pansy flowers on Hayley’s cupcakes that look so similar to yours yesterday too…but mine weren’t fake…they were real bc I realized I didn’t have my edible flowers I ordered from etsy yet which are in fact for Saturday’s party so I had to improvise and go to Lowe’s for some pansy’s…wow that was probably more than you wanted to hear…but I just couldn’t believe I did something similar yesterday too

and if you were an Orange or some other fruit fan, probably just change all the lemon flavoring to orange or whatever….
